❶ Ticket Information Settings
Select a paid event.
❷ Payment Method
Select convenience store payment.
*The payment deadline for convenience store payments is 4 days from the application. The payment amount per transaction ranges from ¥200 to ¥299,999 (total including fees, taxes, and shipping).
*If inventory management is set, the inventory will return and increase once the expiration date has passed.
❸ Contact Information
This is the contact information to be included on the receipt issued for convenience store payments.
The “Contact Information” text capacity is limited to 42 bytes, and if it exceeds the limit, it will result in an error as invalid characters, preventing the payment from being completed.
(Approximate: 1 Japanese character = 2 bytes x 21 characters)

Applicant Flow
Automatic Issuance:
- Fill out and submit the reservation form.
- Receive two emails: “Confirmation of Registration Details” and “Convenience Store Payment Method Notification” from the payment company.
- Make the payment at the designated convenience store.
- Receive the “Application Completed” email with the ticket attached.
Manual Issuance:
- Fill out and submit the reservation form.
- Receive the “Application Confirmation” email.
- Receive the winning notification email.
(The email title will be set by the organizer and sent at the chosen timing.) - Select the payment method.
- Receive two emails: “Confirmation of Registration Details” and “Payment Method Notification.”
- Make the payment at the designated convenience store.
- Receive the “Payment Completed” email.
- Receive the “Application Completed” email with the ticket attached.
Steps 3 and 8 for manual issuance are not automatic emails but are executed by the organizer.
