❶ Reservation Form Settings
On this screen, you can configure the reservation form, ticket settings, and photo name tags. Even after completing the setup, you can return to this screen to make changes.
❷ Name ❸ Email Address
In Flippa, each ticket is tied to a name and an email address.
*As of November 2024, the “Required for companions” option is hidden when the system automatically checks the name and email fields.
❹ Additional Input Fields
You can freely add text fields or selection options as needed.
❺ Finalizing the Form
Review the customer input section of the reservation form and confirm to finalize it.
❻ Free or Paid Event Selection
Selecting “Free Event” switches the green area below to free ticket settings, while “Paid Event” changes it to paid ticket settings.
❼ Free Ticket Settings
Use this button to access the ticket settings screen for detailed configurations of free tickets.
❽ Final Review of the Form
Ensure the entire reservation form, including the customer information section (upper part) and the ticket section (lower part), is accurate before finalizing.
If edits are required, repeat the same process to finalize the reservation form.
❾ Photo-Integrated Name Tag Printing
You can collect the reservation holder’s photo during registration and print name tags in L-size.
If you wish to include a photo on the name tag, please select the “Attach Photo” option on the left screen.
