Flippa charges consist of a “Ticket Issuance Fee” + “Payment Processing Fee”.
There are no additional charges for “System Usage Fees” except for dedicated servers.
Issuance Fee: 110 JPY (tax included) per ticket
＊For events that do not require ticket issuance, the number of reservations will be billed as issuance fees.
＊For paid events, fees are charged only upon successful payment and ticket issuance. No charges are applied for unpaid or unissued tickets.
Payment Processing Fee: 4% for credit card, convenience store, bank transfer, and cash payments.
＊A minimum processing fee of 176 JPY (tax included) applies specifically for convenience store payments.
＊No processing fee will be charged for unpaid transactions.
＊＊＊ Issuance fees are waived for free events related to childcare and education.＊＊＊

Large-Scale Server Plan and Dedicated Server Plan
For events with more than 5,000 participants or requiring distributed server access, we offer a “Large-Scale Server Plan”. Please contact us for details.
Additionally, if you require customization to suit your specific needs, regardless of event size, we provide a “Dedicated Server Plan”.
Event Registration Capacity
On shared servers, processing 1,000 registrations within 10 seconds may result in an average waiting time of approximately 3 seconds for completion.
Delays may also occur if other events overlap on the same server.
Event Check-In Capacity
For the check-in app, processing 500 check-ins within 10 seconds may result in an average waiting time of approximately 3 seconds.
Similar to registrations, overlapping events may lead to potential delays.
Dedicated Server Plan
The Dedicated Server Plan allows customization of additional features and security conditions based on Flippa’s core functionalities and your specific requirements.
Please note that modification costs will be quoted separately.
