Menu Name: Email Form
It is possible to print name tags with a portrait photo in L-size format. Please prepare name tag holders in advance for use as identification cards or various passes. You are also free to use photos other than portraits.
* Name tags can be printed from the Applicant List screen.
* Printing from the reception app is supported only on iOS.

Setup Method:
From the “Email Form” settings screen, display the name tag printing settings pop-up. The left side shows the layout of the L-size name tag, and you can update the materials from the right side.

You can place images such as logos.

You can place the name and other information entered by the reserver in the application form.

Choose whether to insert a QR code.

Please set the photo attachment in the “Application Form.” The image sent by the reserver will be placed here.
❽ Applicant List
Displayed in the “Name Tag” column. You can press the image number in the name tag column of the table to print it in L-size format. The image number will only be displayed when an image is attached in the reservation form.
