    Step 1

    ❶ First Step: Copy a Past Event

    Click on [Copy a Past Event] to get started.
    Select a sample from the selection field, and click [Confirm] to copy the sample event.

    Note: The following changes cannot be made to copied events:

    1. Switching between free and paid ticketing methods.
    2. Changing between automatic and manual ticket issuance methods.

    ❷ Language

    Each event can be set to either English or Japanese.
    The automatic response emails within Flippa will be sent in the selected language.
    However, if English is chosen, notifications for convenience store or bank transfer payments will still be sent in Japanese. Therefore, credit card payments are recommended.

    ❸ Automatic Ticket Issuance

    In automatic issuance, tickets are sent automatically upon completion of the application.

    • Cash payments are available.
    • Inventory management is supported.
    • Tickets are automatically sent after the application is completed.

    ❹ Manual Ticket Issuance

    In manual issuance, you can select participants after the application is completed.

    • Cash payments are not available.
    • Inventory management is adjusted based on the number of notified winners.
    • Ticket issuance requires manual processing.

    Steps for issuing tickets manually:

    1. Receive the application.
    2. Send a notification email to the selected winners from the Applicant List screen.
    3. Winners complete their reservation or payment via the URL in the email.
    4. Tickets can then be issued.
    5. You can issue tickets all at once or individually.

    Note: Tickets are not issued automatically. Be sure to perform the issuance process in the management screen.

    ❺ After Input is Complete, Click [Confirm Registration Details]

    Review the entered information and then click [Proceed to the Next Step].
