❶ Email Sending Settings
This is the editing screen for emails that are automatically sent to reservation holders.
❷ Body Editing
The image on the left shows the body editing screen for the “Reservation Completion Email” in the automatic issuance process. You can edit the default email title and body.
❸ Automatic Insertion Area
At the bottom of the email body, items are automatically inserted based on the configured content.
❹ Changes and Cancellations After Reservation
Cancellations are only possible for free events with automatic issuance. If “Enabled” is selected, a cancellation URL will be automatically inserted into the “Reservation Completion Email” body.
❺ Return of Undelivered Emails
After completing the reservation, the “Reservation Completion Email” is sent to the email address entered by the applicant. If the email cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, the email sent will be returned to the email address registered here.
